Through the National and California Associations of Realtors® (NAR®/CAR®) and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils, I have been provided with a wide range of educational programs and services which have increased my skills, proficiency, and knowledge. These designations and certifications are an acknowledgment of both my experience and expertise in various real estate sectors which I have been awarded by NAR®/CAR® and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses and exams
Designations are specialized credentials for Realtors® that offer extensive benefits and knowledge which is continually improved upon and expanded. For this reason, I chose an education that built upon itself, much like setting the foundation for a building. The education I received is made up of a sum that is greater than their individual parts. Much like a family, each one helping the other to reach their full potential. I did not do this so I could be better, as much as I did this because you deserved better from me.

Earning the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI®) designation shows both a commitment and dedication to being the best Realtor® possible. My GRI® education has given me an in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. GRI® real estate professionals are the most sought-after experts in real estate today.
To earn this designation, I had to take a total of 14 GRI® Designation courses ranging from Essential Concepts of the Residential Purchase Agreement, Taxes, Financing, Investment Property Analysis and much more!
The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for Realtors® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, Realtors® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.

The NAR Green Designation® is an education program which addresses both sustainability and energy efficiency in residential real estate today. The course requirements addressed everything from home rating systems, energy-efficient financing, how to understand the benefits of a greener home and so much more.
The Military Relocation Professional® (MRP®) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP® certification program educates Realtors® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.

The Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification is for Realtors® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help homebuyers and sellers of distressed properties. Pricing a home correctly is one of the primary jobs of a real estate agent and often one of the most over looked. In general, a Probate occurs when a homeowner dies without a trust and by default leaves a home to an heir. This means (in many cases) that an estate attorney or representative may need to help family members sell the property. Of course, these scenarios can vary widely which is where being a Probate & Trust Specialist® (PTS®) becomes valuable. It takes sensitivity and complete understanding of the process to be of real aid in these times.

First and foremost, I am a family man who loves my dogs, grandchildren and spending as much time as possible with my very talented wife. These are the 3 reasons I have the passion and energy to live each day to the fullest.
One of my great passions is to laugh hard and enjoy the company I keep. I am a huge fan of playing games both inside and out. Outside we play basketball, cornhole, horseshoes, badminton and catch. Inside I have collected 100’s of board games, games I can share with kids as young as 4 all the way up to friends in their 90s. Win or lose, I find the experience to be both joyful and insanely fulfilling.
As a child, my father taught me about the joys of fishing and now that he has passed, every time I fish, I get to reconnect with him in my own special way. From lakes, to streams, to the wide-open ocean, there is no such thing as a bad day of fishing. Many of my most fond memories have to do with fishing with family and friends.
When I am not fishing, I am an avid BBQ guy. I grill, I smoke, and I eat! My passion for cooking comes straight from the heart. It allows me to share my love in an edible way. To me it doesn’t get much better than having a great tasting meal with the people I love. I am truly obsessed with putting the same love and attention to detail into every plate as I do with every real estate transaction.
